Having worked in a strategic alliance with Auker Rhodes Accounting for two years, RW Sadlers Ltd is proud to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Auker Rhodes Accounting Limited.

Rob said "this a great early Christmas present after a year full of challenges. It's good news for the Bradford team who have an excellent reputation in West Yorkshire and it's great for the York team to officially welcome their new colleagues on board. It is the latest jigsaw piece to slot in as Sadlers continues its rapid growth, allowing us to continue to punch well above our weight in providing the right advice, when needed and at an appropriate cost."

John Paul Sugden and his team at Auker Rhodes Accounting have built a fantastic business based in Bradford, which is the perfect platform from which to bring Sadlers' services further west. Auker Rhodes Accounting sold its accountancy business to Naylor Wintersgill in 2015 and has been a boutique insolvency and restructuring firm ever since.

Everyone at Auker Rhodes Accouting, include both its former directors, will be staying on with Sadlers and continuing to help those in financial distress in the region.
